Cycle-R is proud to be part of the BBO programme. 
The programme, made up of 18 Partner organisations through Steps to Work, aims to support a variety of projects across the Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth and East Staffs areas.  The projects will support participants with multiple barriers to regain their confidence and move closer to the jobs market.

This project is funded by Big Lottery Fund and the European Union through the European Social Fund

Evolve can support anyone who is:

16 years and over
Unemployed (cannot be in part time work or on 0 hours contract)
Economically Inactive (including those not working who are claiming benefits, or not working and not claiming benefits)
Has complex needs/multiple barriers which are impacting on them being able to enter paid employment
Requires support to fully and independently engage in existing services
Living in Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth and East Staffordshire


The BBO Programme, through Cycle-R, offers:

·      Training in a wide range of skills including:

o   Bicycle Workshop

o   Stores

o   Retail

o   Administration

o   IT

o   Book-Keeping

o   Other training may be introduced at a later date

·      Qualifications

o   All qualifications are at level 2, except for the Bicycle Mechanics that is a level 1, but enhanced with practical experience

·      Work Experience in a live environment
